Workshop Registration Policy and Refunds

In order to avoid future financial losses by PSG, the following workshop registration cancellation policy has been adopted. To sign up for a workshop, this registration form accompanied by a check for the workshop must be sent to the treasurer. The treasurer cannot hold a space by telephone request. Cancellation of workshop attendance must be done by calling the treasurer at least2 weeks prior to the start of the workshop in order to obtain a full refund. If cancellation is made less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the workshop, the canceling party must call the treasurer, and then call a replacement from the waiting list. If there is no waiting list, the canceling party must find a replacement using the PSG phone list. The canceling party will receive a refund after the treasurer receives a check from the replacement. Liability Release

As part of the consideration, in addition to the registration fee, paid to the Pennsylvania Society of Goldsmiths for giving the course for which I have registered, I hereby release the Pennsylvania Society of Goldsmiths' Board of Directors, its members, as well as any person or entity on whose property this course may be given, from any and all liability for personal injury or property damage that I may suffer or sustain due to negligence or otherwise in connection with any such course, whether by ingress or egress, attendance, or otherwise.
