At our Annual meeting in August, 2011, Marthe Roberts/Shea was elected to the position of President.

Marthe is a graduate of Moore College of Art - where she received her BFA in design and Illustration. Working in metals has been her passion for ten years.

She teaches metalsmithing at the Tuscarora Lapidary Society and Cheltenham Center for the Arts.

Marthe also has written for Art Jewelry Magazine. She contributed her series of articles on varied metalworking techniques for five years.

Her work can be seen periodically in "Lapidary Journal Jewelry Artist" magazine.

Her work and projects are shown in the book "Metal Style" published by Interweave Press in 2011.
